I do not see Tip Place on the map
The causes may be different and also depend on your internet connection. Your location may be too remote from any Tip Place. Please move or perform a search.
My actual position is not exact
This can happen for several reasons. For example, there may be errors in the map or a faulty GPS or internet access connection. In the latter case, you may have a problem with your telephone provider or your router. If you use a GPS tracking device, remember to turn it on to allow the exchange of data with Walltip.
Why reliability doesn’t increase or is not available
For the calculation of a user’s reliability, Walltip takes into account the positive and negative ratings received. To ensure a higher level of reliability, the calculation is made only after a user has received a sufficient number of ratings. This avoids user to receive 100% or 0% reliability as a result of only one positive or negative rating.
I can’t see the command bar
In the mobile touchscreen on the map, you can use "multitouch" (the use of two fingers) to control the zoom. Because of some of the settings of your browser or simply by using the zoom feature by placing your fingers on the Walltip bars and not on the map, the zoom may be applied to the entire page and not only displayed on the map. To restore, just "shrink" the page by zooming out or reload the page.
